APN membership is open to photographers of all skill levels. By registering as a member, you confirm that:

• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You will not share your membership access with non-members

APN reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these terms.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

Event registrations may be non-refundable. Please review individual event details before registering.

Limitation of Liability

APN and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in events.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Atlanta, Georgia.
